Can someone please explain to me that whenever I hear the name of this new tea mentioned I get mental images of Mick Hucknell’s pubes?
One of the best live TV gaffs of last year had to come from an episode of the early morning chat/current affairs show “The Wright Stuff” during November.
While discussing the ever-so-important topic ‘Are bald men sexy’, Richard Parks, “Famous” media mogul and ‘Fame Academy’ judge bought up the topic of Terry Wogan.
Apparently, it is a common fact within showbiz circles that Terry Wogan is, I believe the expression to be, “bald as a coot”. Unfortunately Richard Parks believed that this was common knowledge to the British public and when it was pointed out by Matthew Wright that it wasn’t, immediately began to attempt a ‘back-track’. This was entirely unsuccessful as it just led to Mr Wright pushing the subject further leaving Richard no choice but to admit he was being truthful and then apologising unreservedly to Mr. Wogan.

Still it’s not all bad news, my business teacher once said to me (commenting about he own husband) – “You know what they say about bald men!?”.
I’ll admit at the time I had absolutely no idea what she was talking about, but after seeing this picture I think a lightbulb just went off.
As anyone who knows me will tell you – I’m a very giving person.
The charity I will be endorsing this month is “Kick It Out”, which aims to “Kick Racism Out Of Football”.
Racism is football can be devastating for all involved. So lets take the initiative like this professional and “Kick it out” NOW -
So Alesha Dixon has won “Strictly”. Good for her.
She needed the boost after the 13 months she’s had. I mean it’s not every day you have to endure a very public relationship meltdown the way Alesha has had to. When the partner of a close friend finds your close friend in bed with your husband – well, tragedy. Still Alesha seemed to bounce back, as this rather famous picture from “ebay” shows -
Now some may think “wow, good for you girl – cleaning out your closet in more ways than one!”, but what was really going on in her head? Revenge? It’s hard to understand what a situation like that could do to someone mentally. The dress went for £7,500 though, and it’s amazing how healing money can be.
Allegedly Alesha was pregnant with Harvey’s baby at the time of the marriage break down and, after realising the extent of the situation and not wanting to be tied down to Harvey in any way, had an abortion.
A couple of tabloid newspapers were going to run with the story, and it got so far as to be written up before someone realised what a sad situation it all actually was and canceled it. Lucky for Dixon as abortion remains very controversial.
So Alesha gets thrust back into the limelight again, for the first real time since Mis-teeq split. She’s not been doing much for a while and her solo singles flopped leading to the cancellation of her album. But now with “Strictly” behind her, maybe it’s not all over after all.
My minimal blog expertise and general inability to follow anything through to a near state of perfection or completion may indeed hinder the up-keep of this blog.

What may keep my interest is stealing other peoples views/pictures/content/souls etc. thus making my blogging life much simpler in the process.
General things that interest me are all media based. I’m not one for sport, or any unnecessary physical exertion for that matter, and the like. If I can sit down while doing something it is generally a winner in my book. Not that I’m lazy…….just, well, I find that most important things can be done sitting (or lying) down. So expect much TV and web talk.
I imagine doing LOADS of posting today and then not much else, but we’ll see how it goes.
